There’s plenty of cool bus stop builds out there that’ll make you say, ‘Whoa!’ That’s why I’ve compiled a list of some of the coolest Animal Crossing: New Leaf bus stop designs that you can use as inspiration for your own. Whether you’re looking to create a realistic-looking stop or one that’s so unique it’ll leave your friends speechless, I’ve got the perfect design idea for you!
1/10. ACNH Snow Mountain Stop

This idea is not available year-round. But don’t let that stop you from snapping it up! There are plenty of ways to recreate this pop-up, so grab your shovel and read on for some inspiration. We’ve gone ahead and removed the project’s winter-specific items (park clock, phone booth, lecture hall bench) from our required list, so you can have some fun with the space you’ll be using.
The autumn season has arrived and with it comes the perfect time to start planning your outdoor spaces for the upcoming months! Take inspiration from this garden designed by landscape architect Carol Harlamoff and think about how you can incorporate elements of this look into your own backyard. Fall is a particularly great time to grow holly bushes, since they flower best in winter after the first frost.
2/10. ACNH Carriage Stop

Don’t think of your bus stop as a place just for people on the move – think of all the other amazing things you can do with it! For example, if you change the colour scheme to orange and black, you’ve got a Halloween theme, perfect for anyone who wants a bit of ACNH Halloween fun in their game. To craft these items, you’ll need to have saved up some ornaments and orange pumpkins.
The stone pathway ahead will be the perfect setting for your wintery princess aesthetic. And don’t forget the garden benches, crafted by you! Nook Miles is where I got my park clock, go and get one too! Your carriage awaits!
3/10. ACNH River side Stop

The stone pathway ahead will be the perfect setting for your wintery princess aesthetic. And don’t forget the garden benches, crafted by you! Nook Miles is where I got my park clock, go and get one too! Your carriage awaits!
4/10. ACNH Garden Blossoming Stop

Unlocked at level 10, the Cherry Blossoms tree is too overpowered for decorating your island. Why? Because of its exclusive item: the cherry blossom branch. This branch has a chance to drop when a regular tree damages an enemy, and looks great when placed on any mountain — especially if you add some water and stone decorations!
5/10. ACNH Fun Fruity Frog

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, or at least makes you look like a fruit vendor. If you want a bus stop and don’t have any apples to sell, try the new Apple Stop. For this project you’ll need a small grassy area surrounded with some custom paths for the street, along with plenty of apples that can be sold on custom-painted wooden stalls.
Make a special place for your customers to hang out by adding cool décor. For example, you could put up a big red balloon and a small red phone booth or make an apple wallpaper in the background. Decorate the ground with a cute frog picture with the names of your drinks on its back.
6/10. ACNH Outskirts Dusty

The dirt path, the design, the rock and tree — they’re all there. It’s a work of art when you put it all together. But there’s something more to this piece that makes it especially special: it’s a look into the mind of artist Maksim Gaspar.
This area is a real eye-catcher! There’s an oldy-worldy feel, as you can see from the wooden clock and phone. The beautifully patterned panels, which are said to represent bamboo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bamboo), give this area a delightfully authentic vibe. You’ll want to take a break here, no doubt about that!
7/10. ACNH City Standard Stop

The sidewalk café is the perfect spot for this design. Not only will it create that outdoor café feel, but it will also keep the interior warm and cozy! This couch needs a bit of room, so make sure to use an indoor-outdoor rug. I suggest you place it near your entryway or workplace entrance, so that way people can see it as they come and go.
Every bus stop adds a little something extra to your city. My personal favorites include the Park Clock from Nook Miles, the OK Motors sign and the umbrella stand. These are just three of my favorite items that really add to the “business” vibe of a bus stop.
8/10. ACNH Bus Beachside Stop

Fortunately, this player’s design is waterproof — but that doesn’t mean water damage won’t happen to your home. We all know how hard it can be to stay on top of maintenance tasks that one must do for their house or apartment, such as pruning the lawn, clearing shrubbery, or washing the windows.
The use of drink machines, like that Coca Cola one, add to the allure of this picture — because who doesn’t love Coke? And most people like sweet drinks. And it just looks really cool, too. I don’t know why, but I really do love that machine.
9/10. ACNH Trail Forest Stop

Bring nature on a bus stop forest to your island! With just a little bit of crafting, you can turn your favorite forest into a bus stop. I personally love the look of this one in particular (though there are loads more available) because it has beautiful crafting and an adorable design. Additional benches can be placed behind it, or you could even craft a bench for people to sit as they wait for their ride home.
10/10. ACNH Playground Holiday

Are you sick of the same old decorations year after year? Don’t have anywhere to put any new ones, due to lack of shelf space? If this sounds like something you can relate to, then I totally recommend you invest in a multi-level storage unit, which will allow you to store all your Christmas ornaments in one place rather than having them strewn over half the house. This is the best thing I’ve seen all day.
